Return Policy

All sales are final. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before purchasing. 



Once the first week of preorder sales ends, the quantities are submitted to our manufacturer and production begins. From that point forward refunds/cancellations cannot occur. Since the money has been used to produce the ordered items. Throughout the production process you can check our Instagram story highlights for production updates and timelines.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at



FREE shipping on all orders $120+ (U.S. only)

Standard orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

(If an item is a preorder it will be stated in the product description) 


Lost packages:

VAGUE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and make sure they receive it on the day it is expected to deliver. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly.


Returned packages:

We are not responsible if your order is returned to us by the courier, please contact us once it is returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but we can process a reshipment.


UK & EU Orders:
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

All international orders are shipped through Passport which allows us to collect duties and VAT before orders are shipped, preventing any holds or denied packages. International orders should be delivered within 2 weeks. Terms of service for passport can be found here.
